Totally agree with that. I'm wery dawn at this point. All erections are possible only injections. I take Tadalafil 2.5-5mg/day but side-effects make me to stop! Unbelievable stomach issues! I fantasize the ams700 implant but the doctor says no way until the other treatments completely fail!
Born1984 fit guy from Europe, back surgery and pain medicine caused a bad vl, using shots. All sex with injections at the moment. Considering to go ipp ams 700 surgery in the future...(public health care. I don't know the ams700 model or the surgeon)

It's the best gift you can make to yourself!

I personally agree. Being completely impotent for four years was actually one of the most revelatory experiences of my life; never before have I not given a shit about whether I lived or died so bad. I know it sounds reductionistic, but I really think your desire to live is tied to your sexual health—when that goes, from a Darwinian perspective, you’re no longer reproductively viable, so there’s a very powerful feeling that there’s no point in continuing. This is not to say, however, that there isn’t a point in continuing.

Exactly...that's why penile implant for the right candidate isn't an "option".. it's a must...even more than a heart valve that needs replacement.
Even prison inmates who are sentenced to life won't endure the mental toll on somebody with refractory ED...and that's a proof of the darwinian perspective you mentioned.

dude at 41 i think it's too early for an implant, have you only taken 2.5/5 mg of tadalafil a day so far? tell me how it went with pde 5, maybe i can give you a hand to remove the implant, the implant is for the likes of tooyoung, "completely impotent for 4 years"

No, Frank, I was the one who was completely impotent for four years. Bacterial infection ruined my sexual functioning.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

ah ok, I meant to say that an implant at 41 is justified if you have been totally impotent for 4 years as happened to you or anyone else, no one took 2.5 or 5 mg of cialis a day, tadalafil is the first line drug, there is a world of difference between tadalafil and vardenafil

When you loose the ability to have an erection and it can be fixed with an implant there is no substitute. I have diabetes and lost the ability to get an erection. With an implant get it hard and have orgsams multiple times a day. Just like I was 19 not 70.

Why do you want to have orgasms multiple times a day at 70?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

I should have never gotten an implant.

I don't like the feel or the weight of it. I don't like how it looks. Mind you I have a malleable

The only thing I can say positive about it is that it allows effortless masturbation, but I don't feel like masturbating with this thing

I like the sensations and feel of my bio-dick which is now RIP

Mark, if you are not happy with your malleable, have you considered changing for an inflatable?
