What is this "white collar concealability" of which you speak? Is it okay to have your cock out on a construction site? The Tactra will bend and retain its bend properly if it was inserted properly. That's kind of the story for any malleable implant.

My surgeon says Coloplast Genesis is designed for white collar professions as it's completely concealable. It needs a replacement every 10 years though. It's the softest malleable. Tactra is a permanent implant but NOT concealable. It's suitable for pornstars. It's hard as a rock. What do you mean by "Inserted properly"? Everyone inserts inside the corpora. If you insert " improperly", you will have to insert inside the urethra or anus. There is no super-special patented technique to "insert properly". I've never heard anything like this before. It sounds like an oversimplification and an obfuscation of the differences/benefits between the Genesis and the Tactra. Inserted "properly" has to do with correctly sizing the implant, but also managing tissue pliability around the corpora. Surgery is an art as well as a science, this is why it's so often discussed that certain expert surgeons have "good hands." They're like athletes or classical musicians in this respect.

A hypothetical scenario we definitely don’t want.

Operating Room:
-Surgeon fills the corpora with sterile saline
-Measures the length and girth like a proud baker
-Inserts 9.5mm rods
-Measures again, no size lost! (Oh yeah, that saline is still in the dick right?)
-Immediately uploads a YouTube video

Two Days Later:
-The same surgeon posts another YouTube video, this time featuring "happy patient" with Rigi10/Tactra....

Reality Check:
-Patient removes the dressing after 48 hours
-Saline has vanished into the body like a magician's coffee
-Patient has severe venous leak and poor blood flow
-Patient looks down and be like.. "I have a pencil dick now!
-Realizes the surgeon went full minimalist with those 9.5mm rods

How come there are no video uploads to fix infections, undersizing or erosion issues by "other" "bad" surgeons?
