i made an update 2 posts up. Its still there but not as bad. I just take some tylenol and ibuprofen and it is enough to get through the pain. its mostly in my taint and balls now again.

I had this too; the pain in the balls DOES go away. Wait til you hit eight months; it feels totally normal at that point; you forget you even have it.

Pre-surgery BPEL was 7 1/2 inches.
Post surgery BPEL was 6 3/4.
I think some length loss was due to plication sutures to straighten 30 degree curve.
I am currently back to 7 1/2 BPEL.
Girth was and still is 6 1/2 inches mid shaft.
The base of my penis is bigger after getting the implant.

I cycled aggressively.
Between 35 and 40 pumps my bulb squeezes down but does not refill and stays compressed.

Thanks for sharing! How long did it take you to max out the pump since you got implanted?

So i am 7 months out and are no where near maxing out this thing. I get to the point where the bulb gets hard as a rock and my dick hurts soooo much from the stretching. I grit through the pain, or if i'm lucky i fuck my wife and i have absolutely no pain lmao. What's really interesting is in my surgery report it says he filled it with 125cc of saline solution. Right now my dick is over 8 inches and my girth is about 5.6 at the moment. my curve isn't even full straight yet. So i know i have alot more to do.

I havent been that aggressive with the cycling though. The more you cycle the more you use it. And if it takes me double the amount of time to hit that road block then so be it. I literally couldn't cycle my dick twice a day for an hour each time with the pain i get.

Also for some strange reason if i have sex of get a bj. after i have an orgasm i have no pain. But if i masturbate for 5 minutes i get a pain in my taint that is only painful if i stand. if i lay down or sit it isnt bad at all. Also when i put the fluid back into the reservoir the blood from my body fills my limp dick and gives it a full chub look. i can easily squeeze the blood back out. but its pretty interesting as my dick fills back up with blood.

Even though i have more length you have an inch of girth on me. So it makes sense why yours is flat bulbed. Ive heard that you cant really go above 6.5 girth with these titans. That they expand to basically that size max.

Glad to hear your healing journey continues!

I've noticed some pain just from cycling or inflating - but not from sex as well - my theory is that the implant doesn't properly settle until it's been used some - during THAT session - like there may be some slight internal binding of tissues that only resolves upon use. What eases it is after inflating is squeezing firmly and pulling out - just behind the head to help "re-seat" the implant as it were - not forcing it off or out - just 'reseating' it as it were.

The pain in the taint is most likely the rear tips. When you are not engaged in intercourse I'm wondering if the angle is what is causing the pain - remember - jacking off is a different position and you are sitting on the implant in a way - or close to it anyway. I imagine this pain will reduce with time.
