Now it is.
Updates: very little pain. Just waiting 4 weeks now.
I was told the pain can get worse during days 3-5, but we'll see.

I'm pretty comfortable now.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

...glad to hear about the absence of pain. As for the "four week" milestone: I think most of the members here will tell you that you'll still be a little sore to really enjoy yourself at that point. You'll probably be good to cycle, but for me the fun didn't really start until the eight-week milestone...
...69 years old, married over 30 years, serious ED for around 10 years. AMS 700 LGX 21 cm +3 cm RTE implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer on Dec 7, 2016.

Awesome. Be sure and eat lots of fruit, no cheese, take dulcolax or similar stool softener if you are taking pain pills. The pain pills will stop you up and the constipation will be more uncomfortable than the surgery. Cheers man. Keep having a good day!
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Frog,

You are young like me. You will bounce back quickly I hope. I activated at day 13. Sex a week later. I can tell you it was somewhat strange but feels totally normal now... it's amazing and you will be a happy man. Dr. Kramer is amazing!

Let me know if you need anything as I'm in town...

I'll let you know but I'm leaving early on the 25th.

He told me the operation went great but don't think about touching it until 4 weeks.

Just like everyone said, he really cares about his patients and responds to emails very quickly.
