That is really good to read that you are so happy with the malleable. Who did your malleable implant? and do you have good natural engorgement?
What you say about tubes and pumps is true. I honestly hate the connection tubes and the pump in my scrotum so much, maybe it is because of placement but i find the pump very uncomfortable as it sticks out of my scrotum (it is not on the same level as the testicles), and the connection tubing goes up my shaft and is palpable. Just not having that in itself would be a great upgrade.
Dr. Laurence Levine did my implant. Amazing doctor, doesn't really get enough attention on this forum but he's not the best marketer compared to guys like Hakky and Clavell who have big YouTube presences. I have very good natural engorgement, which surprised me given everything that everyone has said about the malleable. I still have hard-ons with my malleable hard-on. But even without that, I still think this thing would be a massive confidence booster. December 2024 marks for me the start of the beginning of my new life.
Duke, is Levine #1 for malleables in USA?
I consider Levine to be among the best, given the sheer volume of his implants, his 0.3% infection rate, his bedside manner, and the depth of his urological knowledge. He's written two definitive books of Peyronie's, teaches the younger generation of great surgeons, etc. I think of him as being on the Mount Rushmore of prosthetic urologists.
