i have researched the HA fillers and asked the clinics directly if they can do fillers with on a person with a malleable , and yes they can . AND dr perito said the fillers lasts longer in a person with a malleable , so that's a bonus .
i would have done it several months ago either in korea or thailand ,but procrastination [ going to meet a chick] and visa and other hassles , e.g. i send $US to a Philippine bank and if i want $US to travel ,the bank wants to see a ticket . WTF? "that's our policy sir"
just complicating things , and now im recovering from a broken leg ,so it will be a few months before ill be able to board a plane .
but im looking forward to having fillers just so that in a non engorged state ,that hard rod feeling will be padded and at full girth.THEN when in the mood and using a cock ring more girth will be added

thailand is a country that offers good medical services to foreigners at reasonable price .....sometimes . i had priced a malleable with them, and they wanted 8 thousand US , and only one brand available . They are not the best price , but easier to deal with. the Philippines does not have HA fillers available ,or malleable or ipp implants .
korea has better pricing with a qualified doctor . But he wants cash . or 10 % more if a credit cad is used .

There is no surgery involved , it's a out patient procedure . they numb the Weiner , then inject the filler in various spots, working backwards as they go i assume .
i did ask if having a malleable is a problem of any kind ,and no.
if a guy had a ipp , then extra care would be needed .
There is a member on this site who has a ipp and had it done , from his photos ,it looks like he got carried away . Either way, he was happy with the results . had done in usa somehere .

It's been a while...

Long story short, I still have the latest Titan I was implanted with. After my last surgery, it appeared to be infected, so the doctor decided to reopen my balls for a mechanical wash with a pressured device to avoid another salvage (I don't clearly remember the details anymore). Thankfully, that worked. The incision closed, I recovered, and life's been good. No IPP issues thus far.

I've received some messages from people asking about me, and I truly appreciate all the concern. The road to a fully functional IPP can be daunting at times, and this forum has been a godsend. Thank you all for sharing your stories, difficulties, and successes.

I can also definitely say that when things are going well, people don't tend to come back to Franktalk. That's certainly been the case for me. After the dust settled and I recovered, life moved on, and I didn't think about my IPP all that often—which is what we all truly want in the end.

I usually come here to check for updates on new implants entering the market. I look forward to the day we get a Bluetooth IPP so we can all have our balls back, but it's no biggie if that doesn't happen anytime soon.

Huge tip: I suggest you all try a cockring on your shaft (a slightly thicker one is best). I hardly ever use tadalafil anymore. I carry one with me every time I go out for drinks. (Durex Pleasure is my preferred one). Get two, one for backup.

I'm thinking the tubing was damaged by the forceps. In the YouTube videos, it seems that the tubing is frequently pinched shut as all the parts are assembled. They don't want any saline to leak out of the reservoir.
Not saying that this is common or a large fault of the surgeon. But I'm betting on that scenario .

I had a similar failure and from watching the YouTube videos of my surgery, I could see the tubes pinched in the same way. Maybe stick a golf tee in the end rather than crush the tube. (Before I am cancelled, I’m sure there is a sterile medical equivalent of a golf tee, but I’m a golfer and not a doctor)

The videos that I watched. The dr used a large syringe to put the saline into the reservoir. Just leave the syringe plugged in is my suggestion. Sometimes, just sometimes the easy answer is right there in front of you (them).

Parmenides, it is great to read from you after all you have been through. Is the implant working well now? did you recover your lost size? and do you still have engorgement?
