You and I also have an urge to pee right? The urge, as in blood rushing to your penis and you getting an erection will never be there again. You may be getting the word urge and meaning the excitement of using something new. I had over 5 hours of time speaking with doctors straight up and my own surgeon told me you or I or anyone else will never have sexual urges that result in an erection.

Well my "urges" remain even thoni haven't even activated yet. Not sure implanted or not that those basic desires diminish?

Agreed. My sexual urges will not result in an erection without the aid of the implant. But the urges are still there and active. I no longer have the natural hydraulics to produce and sustain an erection without the implant, but that has not diminished my urge to get hard and have sex. I guess I just see a blood-filled penis being a result of an urge, not the cause of the urge. Maybe it's all semantics.

But do I miss my dick getting hard on it's own? Sure do. I'll take it though, since I can still get it hard -- and now I can keep it that way.

Hope everything works out for you.

Given that he option of going back to that old cock that couldn't rise even tho the urges we're all there but needed injections (hated them truly) as pills finished working years ago. vED devices never worked for me ever. Then this is a wonderful gift.

Many, including myself, have experienced some residual blood rushes as you describe it. Sure, they are not strong enough for a full erection, but are heavy enough to wake us up, and feel that we are getting a semi. This has been discussed to great extent on many threads. No surgeon can guarantee it, so they will not build such expectation.

As for the sexual urges, that has nothing to do with the implant, unless it is accompanied by hormonal imbalance, and is kept untreated.

Let me try to explain this differently, without being too sarcastic. Do we all have the urge to win the lottery? That flush and sensation that you get when you go get your tickets, and put in your numbers? Ok, done with that. I usually measure pure "urges" by watching porn. You can find whatever turns you on online. If, by chance, your penis leaked precum while watching some porn before the surgery, even though you didn't get erect, that means that you have the urge to have sex. That only happens from blood flow to the area that produces that, and also what produces an erection. If those "pipes" that used to be there are now gone and replace by plastic and saline, where is that urge going to come from? If you already suffered from ED, after awhile you didn't have the urges before. So you're telling me that the surgeon takes away the sensory means to get hard from sight, touch, lips, suction cup, or from whatever suits your fancy...................and your urges are going to miraculously come back, and very strong? Even though you couldn't get an erection from anything man made or beyond? I am a straight up dude, tell it like it is. From what "I" feel so far you could lay ten of the finest porn stars on this planet and I could fill out my list of my wildest imagination, right now in front of me live, and my "urges" would be zero. Thats what I was told by my and several different doctors up front. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A SEXUALLY DRIVEN OR HAVE AN ERECTION, without the use of the pump for the rest of your life. Please explain these urges. I would like to know what they are.

18 +4 cm = 22 cm. There are 100 mm per cm 22 × 100 = 220 mm There are 25 mm per inch 220/25 = 8.8 inches. Figure 3 inches inside the body that leaves 5. 8 inches outside. Not 1.75 inches. That is mathmatical actual length will vary some bas3d on body.

Deflated I am 4.5

Let's agree to disagree. One says the urge comes as a result off the erection, the other says the urge comes from the brain and causes an erection.

Fortunately for me, after having had a prostatectomy and an implant, I can still get aroused enough by foreplay or porn to create pre-cum. Not quite as much as before, but pre-cum, non the less. It is because my Cowpers glands are intact, not due to anything related to my chambers that used to engorge with blood but now engorge with saline. I say fortunately because I have always found generating pre-cum to be a very pleasurable part of sex. I like the feeling.
