Thanks for sharing these. It helps me know what I might expect in a few weeks.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Here they are. Only have a fully flaccid at the 2 week point, surgeon wanted a little more time till inflation.
So here is the fully flaccid CX style. Don't have breakdown on what is implant and what is RTE but overall is 25cm versus the 23cm for the LGX replaced.

Here is the frontal view of inflated at 4 weeks. More to go just now cycling so more to come. May post what things look like after 6 months.

Here now is a whole series on what the implants look like. This is just from an old fat man that got his chance to make some porn.

Larry, after my open radical prostatectomy (in 2000), my urologist said winking, "I guess you won't be able to wear Speedos any more!" "Oh, mannn!!" I replied with a wink back.

Since it was a revision, I got the go ahead to use it at 4 weeks if it felt right.

IT FELT RIGHT!

Wife said I made her sore. It will take some getting used to new hardware and to adjust to being active again for both of us. Big grins from the both of us though.

It’s hard to be to understand the time line completely. It appears that you lost size with your revision? Also you went from a 25cm implant (old) to a 23cm implant (new).

Could be from scar tissue.

Strange, I never had a drain, just the catheter... that was enough. :)

You got it backward. He was 25 cm overall length AFTER the revision, coming from 23 cm overall length (21 cm + 2 cm RTE) for the LGX.
