An implant will definitely change some things. I used to dig for my dick too. It was 2-3 inches on a good day. Sometimes just a button. I had to pull it out to pee. Now I have a constant 6" dick, it's wonderful and yes the tighter the clothes the more impressive the package. When I am erect, I am right about 7". I am hesitant to let another person inflate my implant, because not only are there nuts in the sac, there are also spermatic cords (sometimes called "testicular cords") which are inside the sac and which hurt a lot if squeezed by mistake -- like with the testicles themselves.
