I could be wrong, but with the separate models, your scrotum should not go through the hole. That's why they call it "separate." Dick goes through the hole and balls are supported by the mesh so they are seperate.

There is a horizontal flap for peeing. Like everything else involving this implant, it takes practice to learn to use the flap <sigh>.

Added later: I've been fiddling and it seems the flap also helps pull your dick all the way through the hole.

If you order David Archy separate pouch, make sure you get the briefs and not the boxer style. I ordered the boxer style first and thought they were great until I bent over or sat down then ouch! No ball room especially for us that have 3 now and might be a little swollen. Then I ordered the David Archy briefs and they were great - plenty of room, good support for the boys and lets the beast run free. And don't try to put your sack through the hole - double ouch!

Good point. I think they come in three models. Briefs, trunks and boxer. I got the briefs. I have no experience with the others. Four for $25 from Amazon.
