I have started this thread in the hope there will be a series of before and after pics for other prospective implantees to gain some confidence and understanding.

It is pretty weird that you have lost girth though. Titan is supposed to expand as much as your tunica can handle. I would've thought everyone getting a Titan would at least keep the same girth, if not add a little (or a lot).

Funnily enough I posted earlier about how earlier tonight I was doing my nightly cycle and used 2 hands to squeeze my pump and lo and behold I pumped to a new threshold that caused me to feel 'the burn' like I did 3 or so weeks ago.
My surgeon did say a couple of months ago that I would continue to gain girth over a 12 month period but I seemed to have maxed out. Tonight showed that I seem to have further to go. I don't believe I will gain anymore length..... It just doesn't seem likely-I am 170mm and have been for 50 days or so and that is fine, a reliable 6 and 3/4 inch cock after having ED is amazing.
I guess I need to believe and listen to my urologist.. He obviously knows his business and maybe with further pumping I will see continued girth-growth.

Yeah I would try to pump it up to pain/burning every day if possible. Maybe even keep that burn going for several hours without deflating, until the burn/pain goes away. Guess you have tried before but haven't been able to. Doesn't it hurt the skin on your balls when you pump?

Funnily enough no, the skin on my nuts doesn't hurt at all... It amazes me just how different this experience is for each and every man.
Yes I will begin a new phase of inflation from today.... I hope i gain some girth.... Seems far more likely than length

I can't use a vacuum pump unfortunately, even minor pressure makes my shit worse. I have probably doubled the size of my tear/plague from using a VED twice.
