Strongagain, according to the card I got with my implant, it's 21 cm with two extenders, one 1.5 cm and one 2 cm for a total of 24.5 cm.

Bionic brothers, I tried to inflate my implant last night with minimal success. Yesterday was 22 days since my surgery and Dr Kramer gave me his okay. I live too far away to go back to him for activation, so he sent me some instructions which sounded pretty easy. Just grab the pump and squeeze, right? Thirty minutes later, after chasing it around my scrotum and squeezing for all I was worth when I could hold onto it, my dick was a bit bigger but I don't think it was as big as it's supposed to be. It got some longer but not much thicker. It didn't look like it did when Dr Kramer had it pumped up in my surgery video.

After all the effort trying to get it up, we decided to go ahead and work with what I'd been able to accomplish. I think it went really well and my wife was pleased.

My question is, is it really that difficult to pump? I was squeezing hard, it got some bigger but most of my squeezes had no effect. When I tried to deflate I couldn't get that to work at all. Finally, after a hour of trying to find the button and squeeze it, I got it some deflated. Dr.Kramer had left me about 20% inflated and right now it's a little bigger than it was before I started last night. Needless to say, things are pretty tender down there right now.

Does anyone have any advice?

Practice makes perfect. Try pumping in a warm bath. Will loosen your scrotum and make the pump easier to feel.
