I guess I'm just really scared of doing this procedure and being dissapointed with the outcome sex or sex drive wise. Of having it done and not being in the mood for or truly enjoying sex. That's what I really want again - the desire to have sex and for the girl to really feel that 'electricity' before and during the act itself.

Your info has really been helpful - I really feel this is the best thing for me at this point but I'm not sure - don't want to do it and regret it, heh.

I will go into more detail in the following weeks. I've only masturbated and watched porn so far to see how things are with and without arousal, libido has been the same, but it's still too early to give you detailed info.

My doctor said it's fine to have sex 3 weeks post-op, which is in a few days, so I'm going to have sex in a few days. I'm both nervous and excited. Once I start having sex I'll be able to provide much more info.

Please tell me, if the implant pumped up without arousal, without sexual partner, do you feel the pressure built up in your penis?

I do feel a lot of pressure - depending on how much I pump it.

I'm only 2 weeks post op, and the pressure is decreasing by pumping up daily. And this is a good thing, since when there is too much pressure it hurts.
When I pump it to just the right hardness - it has the similar pressure you feel with a non-implant erection, without any pain.

pockie do I understand you correctly? You are only two weeks post-op and you are inflating and deflating the implant?

After Dr. Kramer did mine he inflated/deflated me in the office and things were normal, no pain or swelling at all- he told me that was what he felt was par for the course at this point. However most I agree don't really get there till about 4 weeks. Be patient!

I also had mine done by Kramer in Baltimore and was using it by 2 weeks. He told me count on 4 weeks to recover, but when I told him I was fine at 2 weeks he told me everyone says that- seems like some docs out there get guys recovered a little quicker

If you don't do it, think about how you'll feel going forward with a limp penis.

Hello,

pockie, thank you for your answer, The primary pressure when pumped up will take one to next level of arousal. That is very good news. When some one is with a girl and he does not feel the pressure build up in the penis, he will feel, that he is not horny and not aroused. The pressure inside the penis is the physical indication of arousal and that is very important. I think the physical indication is what the original poster Funny9097 is looking for and the implant will provide that.

Pockie, please be careful with watching porn, Porn is the number 1 libido killer.

Haha yes! Dr. Eid said I was healing very quickly and told me to go ahead with it. I actually started inflating daily only 1 week post-op. He gave me the green light for sex after 3 weeks post-op, this is in a few days from now, so I'm getting both nervous and excited due to this.

Will the tissue stay this way long term after surgery, or is it likely that it will deteriorate with time, meaning you'll have less of then natural bloodflow, and will rely more on the implant?
