After 6-8 months and even a year my titan begins to feel more natural/ normal. Yas the cylinders soften up the dog ears get a little less noticeable and you learn a sweet spot which to me was deflate and put a pump or two in so it looks round and normally full. It’s a point just before it bends and causes dog ears when exposed and naked. Otherwise when in underwear and clothes I would keep it deflated totally as it’s more comfy in clothes. It’s a whole lot more that you get used to it being a shower than it is what you see. It just becomes the new you and you don’t think about it anymore after a year or so. Even my wife stopped noticing or mentioning it after 6-8 months. lol.
