I'm also finding it uncomfortable at times as the pump base presses down on the implant tubing in one spot. I've started using an Osbon Scrotal Shield to prevent my balls from being sucked into the VED. That seems to also help with comfort but the trick is not applying pressure too quickly. I'm still very much in experimental mode. Pre implant I was confident and aggressive with it but the game has now changed as I don't want to risk damaging anything.
Try and be patient and hopefully the missing girth will return over time. If you're getting significant discomfort after 15 minutes fully inflated it's likely that your tunica is still stretching and yet to reach its limit.
about 100 to 130 mmhg is where it gets a bit uncomfortable for me. It feels almost like the reservoir beneath my shaft is also being ‘sucked’ up a bit. I can feel a sort of separation from the flesh, for lack of a better description.
I dont get discomfort at 15 minutes anymore, but at 30+ depending on the day. I wouldnt call it significant. Closer to 45 to an hour is when it often becomes more painful. Masturbating is always painful at full inflation, so I guess there is some size to be recovered still?
In my experience It's common to get scrotal skin being sucked into the VED (hence the shield). That could possibly start moving the pump bulb around which might account for the odd feeling.
I still get discomfort when cycling but it takes well over an hour absolutely maxed out before getting to the point of really wanting to deflate asap. Even then I can actually push through it but feels much better to deflate and go again. Really long sessions of PIV sex I don't notice it, probably due to arousal and continual movement, so sex is pain free. Full inflation isn't necessary for masturbation; it's a preference for me but I don't have any significant discomfort. Any pain suggests that there may be stretching of the corporal tissues still happening. YMMV but I would not be giving up or looking for alternate solutions this early. Have you been able to have sex yet? If yes how did it go?
