First of all congrats Elbow. Happy for you, I know how it feels because the same symptoms sore, numb underneath the shaft and cold glans, still sore scrotum incision. I am just 2 weeks after your surgery and had lately some hard time to be able to climax with PIV.
it started to become a problem for her despite multi orgasm, one hour and more humping, mostly doggy, became to much for other body parts like her back or newly operated shoulder.
Finally during our last session, 21st to be correct, the sense ability came back and we managed again coming together, within normal time with her always in the lead 2:1 :D
So lets hope things improving and continue being patient.
68 years old, good shape but 10 years struggle with VED, pills, needles.

Great update, ElbowRoom!

My orgasms are mostly from oral, hand job or tit-fucking. I am just past the 5 month from surgery date and lots of sensation has come back. Patience is definitely the key as so many of you have reminded me along this journey.

I also think the Perito Exercises brings baxk sensation quicker, as a side benefit.

I have a bit of a theory though why so many of us have issues with PIV orgasms. Think about it. For many (most of us), coming during intercourse has meant being finished for the session...or even for the night. I think it may be in our big brains. If we remember that we now can keep going whether or not we orgasm in our partners, perhaps it will release some of our life-long anxiety about it? What do you think?
