Yeah, it is never the implant. My surgeon was super clear about sensitivity after surgery: what you walk in with is exactly what you will have when you walk out. Any sensitivity issues after the surgery are usually down to brain wiring. Choose a dedicated high volume sexual therapist just like you would for an implant and you will be a sex freak.

Redsf4040, there are lots of "online" pharmacies in the US that employ or contract their own Dr's who will prescribe after completing an interview. That's how I get mine.

I cannot do THC due to drug tests. PT141 is listed as for postmenopausal women and requires a doctor's signature. Is this prescribed off label to men? Did you Urologist prescribe it?

Redsf I am really sorry that you have not achieved the outcome which we all deserve. I know how frustrating and even devastating it can become if things dont work like they should.
If you read my journal you will see that also I was struggling with the same problems not able to climax. And it is still an issue from time to time. It's the opposite what I was before, a fast shooter. Now it can go over one hour until I finally climax. Sometimes with the result of an annoyed wife.
You have the ability to get orgasm so you speak. I agree with Ephi if I am not fully pumped up my sensations of feelings in my dick are higher than when fully pumped. Dont give up, try to have sex as often as possible.
Even if you dont feel uncomfortable I am sure it is also a nerve thing in your shaft and glans, beside that the brain has to be a part of it too. It is this evil circle, because you are focusing so much on the possibility to climax already before you start with sex, your brain dont get into sexmode and you wont climax.

I agree with everyone’s comments. I also have struggled with climax ever since I was implanted over 4 years ago. But, I also started having problems when I was injecting which is similar to an implant in that it gets you hard without having to work for it and generally keeps you that way while having PIV sex. For so many years the whole focus was trying to stay hard and now that’s gone and our brain and body don’t know how to deal with this. Sensation was down a lot the first 6 weeks after my recent revision but I’m noticeably getting it back. I’ll also agree that I’ve experimented a lot lately with less hardness. The wife enjoys it pumped hard but I’ve found out she can’t tell much difference if I go about 80-90%. I’ve been over 90% with my new implant and all I can contribute this to is getting out of my head and not using as much pressure. Experiment with less and less. Even during sex you can adjust it especially if you start softer and discuss with the missus while adjusting to what feels best for both of you. Make a game out of it. The wife and I have recommitted to trying to have fun with sex like we used to 20-30 years ago. It’s working. We laugh and talk more now during sex than I can remember in many years. Practice makes perfect!
