Whats better? Implant or natural erection?

Anything natural has evolved over millions of years and would be leaps and bounds better.

I’d say “kind of”. Is it better to have a well working penis than an implant with all attendant risks and complications. Yes! But in terms of quality of the sensation of the erection, I’d say they are nearly identical. I expected them to feel different, but they really don’t to me.

ElbowRoom, you mentioned in other threads that you weren't able to orgasm with the implant. Would you still say the sensation offered by the implant is nearly identical? Thanks!

I too expected to be more odd, but once you’re underway and fully engorged, you don’t think about it anymore, it’s just an awesome dick.

I do miss the rush of being stimulated and filling up. I wonder if some of that will come back when everything relaxes and stretches out and the nerves normalize.
