I want to add, if you're girthier with a regular or former size 5.5" or higher, you definitely want the Titan. My experience and that confirmed by about everyone afaik is 5.5" is the max girth AMS 700 LGX supports. The CX does support more. And the Titan does too.

Please be careful throwing the CX under the bus. Rodsman beats me by a lot & he had a CX also. I think he had a recent revision & I don't know what he has now. But he was quite happy with his CX.

I doubt the model of implant has as much influence on your final girth as many people believe. Historical flacid girth is a better indication in my opinion. The implant should be an incremental increase over your historical flacid girth. Again, my opinion but my results supports my opinion.

Absolutely… I was definitely expecting to lose a bunch and hoping they hurry up and release a wider model so i could revise in a couple years, but I was able to stay at 7 around mid shaft right after surgery. Natural tissue is variable. I just hope it doesn’t atrophy.

Surely it won't atrophy if you're inflating regularly and keeping the tissue stretched?

Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

I have seen some (not a lot) guys insisting that the surrounding tissue all atrophies when it stops getting nighttime erect… which seems somewhat logical but I feel like if you use it daily and stimulate to full arousal you aren’t losing out too much on circulation and stimulus in that regard.

And of course I am not throwing out the VEDs either.

From my own experience I agree with that for ED pre implant. I started to atrophy almost immediately post prostatectomy, with consequent size loss.
No erection or engorgement of any kind, nighttime or otherwise. Post implant I'm back to pre ED size after months of daily cycling that continues.
Yes, as long as the implant cylinders are regularly inflated I would be very surprised if any atrophy (i.e. size loss) could occur.
Even more so if you also have arousal engorgement during sexual activity. Thankfully I now get that again.

I should clarify, there are layers to what we mean by atrophy. ED makes everyone begin to lose size and the implant fixes that entirely, but some guys talk about their glans and the thickness of their tunica atrophying... this is something I can believe but seems like VEDs and cock rings would be able to combat.

Glans definitely, as the implant has a limited effect on that. But I'm still struggling with the idea that tunica girth could shrink when regularly stretched.
Yes anything that causes or maintains engorgement I think could potentially help. Both VED and cock rings did that for me pre implant.

not in size but in thickness. like they think the tissues are "wasting away" despite the implant keeping the internal volume the same

I took the time to mention that "The CX does support more," even though it wasn't being mentioned here, so I don't quite see that is throwing it under the bus. :)

Very true. But lots of members confuse the two different models. Granted my wording could be considered overly harsh.

In fairness to myself. Girth superiority of Titans is almost a holy grail here. I am probably guilty of pointing that out excessively. True, I do see members posting about their Titan girth. But I seldom see much about their historical girth.

Honestly I never measured my girth before ED showed up. I didn't have great luck with several different penis pumps prior to surgery. I induced a manual erection regularly & made mental notes of how my fingers gripped myself. My after surgery is so close to pre that I call it the same. There is a small chance that I might of lost an 1/8". But I can't prove it nor do I miss it.

No offense intended.
