what are the rod mm sizes ? and what was the method for insertion ? That's always interesting because i had the penoscrotal ,which seems to be a easier heal time . But maybe not the best for rod integrity at the hinge . From day one i had no need to bend the shaft . it fell from gravity .
mine does show a little at rest normally when i wear swim trunks or gym shorts ,if I do not push it to the side and down .
I once had was out with some girls and when we went back to my house , the big girl just reached out and grabbed it ,haha . i guess she had noticed it poking out a little all day and wanted to check it .
we had been at the ocean/ mangrove , karaoke ,swim place all day .
Then there is dancing, if you have a girl do some dancing with her butt up against your hips , they get a surprised look and a big smile . At a fiesta ,i had 3 girls taking turns :D . the first turned around with a big smile and look of surprise , then whispered to her friends , and they joined in .
with the girth , i was disappointed at the non engorged state , and it took quite awhile to get back a decent amount when "in the mood" but never back to my 6" pre-opp size .
There is a trade-off with either the ipp or the malleable . IF they would design a malleable as they are now and have just enough fluid to add some pumps for extra girth and length, similar to a 2 piece ipp , but with malleable rods that do not
deflate , that would be my choice .
i actually like having a malleable , minus the girth loss thing .
and having to go through the involved surgery and recovery of the ipp , then have to pump up , and hoping it does not malfunction in the near future , is something i cant get past personally .

Glad you are enjoying your mpp. My rod dimensions are 24cm x 11mm. My surgeon did the subcoronal approach. Yeah it seems mpps aren't great for girth preservation. I wish they had something as you described. If money weren't an issue I would go with IPP, I'm still kind of "disturbed" over the 0.5in length loss even though on paper it's nothing. I am also kind of scared of falling/tripping over lol but that hasn't stopped me from exercising.

Though as you said, one thing really nice about the mpp is the spontaneity and being "readytogo" at a moments notice. For me it's more or less my natural old penis so far.

As a fellow Rigicon owner ...lol .. I think you will find in time you may get back your perceived .5 loss in time as the tissue relaxes. My 1st implant was 13mm x 17cm the 2nd on was 13mm x one rod 19.5 and the next rod 20cm I have my own opinions on how and why it is like that.

so they added nearly an inch on the second one . was that due to being misssized the first time or something else . and did that increase the measurable length ?

24cm x 11mm. what does that translate into your real life length ? it sounds like a 1/2 inch loss of length wouldn't matter to much . Of course, none of us want any loss at all . Some girth does come back while engorged in time , and a cock ring helps to hold that in .
by the way , regarding falling down , i "fell down" when i was cut off riding my motorcycle by another bike . i landed on my stomach , fortunately i always have my shaft pointed down all the time . So no damage was done [knock on wood]
with the ipp , i just can't get past the having to pump up , but worse is the likely chance of something going wrong in a relatively short amount of time .
The pump malfunctioning , the tubes leaking or not crimped correctly , the cylinders developing a pinhole .
if they get that sorted out ,so none of it is an issue ,then i could consider it .

Hey dj_soros! I hope you’re doing well man.

I’m getting my Rigi10 on Tuesday this week - I was wondering how you’re doing in terms of your recovery, comfort, and concealability. Are you still getting more and more comfort each week with stowing the Rigi10 in pants? Have you noticed if bending at the hinge has gotten easier / do you suspect it will keep getting easier over coming months?

Also was wondering if you could recommend which brand of compression boxer you’re using.

Best - Johnny
