I've only had the CX - twice with MS pump and lastly with the Tenacio pump. With mine fully pumped up, it is rock hard so much so it is so much more harder than any erection I had even growing up. Now the CX expands only in girth, the LGX is supposed to grow in girth and length and because of that some Drs will "undersize" you - meaning if they measure you at 22cm they might only implant a 21LGX with no rear tip extenders ( although most Drs do not like the 21 LGX and usually go with a 18cm with 3cm extenders ) with the CX what they measure they usually go with, but Dr Hakky on my last revision implanted longer rear tips because of the previous surgeries and his measurements at this time. AMS is a great device sometimes has issues with "sticky pump", Titan coloplast is great for the larger member folks but have issues with dog ears and tubing. In any case get the best Dr you can afford and ask questions.
