I don't have an implant yet, but like, does it actually give you unlimited endurance? I understand you *can* keep on going after you finish, but isn't it mad uncomfortable?

I think a lot depends on your personal preference. If you're too sensitive or uncomfortable to continue, then that is kind of your stopping point. But from an erection standpoint your endurance is unlimited. At the very least you can enjoy the absolute minimum refractory period before getting back to it.

There's also some issues about keeping the implant rock-hard for really long periods; some guys can leave it up all night, others will start to ache and feel the need to deflate. I think it's generally true that the longer you've had the implant and the more you cycle it, the less painful longer sessions become.

There will always be limits, but your erectile ability will not be one of them.
