The doctor said everything looked perfect and he was really happy! I showed him the vein thing at the base, he said its tiny tendon flaring up as i got my implant done intrapubic so he said once the swelling goes down and the wound completely heals that should lift off some pressure on that tendon/ligament

Good to hear that it's nothing to worry about Robbie. Keep pushing through the cycling. Take a break if you need to but try and maintain a regular daily schedule as far as possible. We all know it hurts at first but it won't in the long run. Definitely a no pain no gain situation

p.s. I also endorse Handyman's moisturizer idea, but do check with your surgeon first. I'm still applying it on both shaft and glans after every cycling session. I'm using Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Antiseptic Cream, which is soothing and also has mild anaesthetic properties (from Chemist Warehouse etc for those in Oz). I would keep it away from any stitches that are not completely healed though.
