I sent through just now and the nurse said not to worry yet, that inlr could be interbal swelling pushing it up, that it rectify it self but the surgeon and herself will check it out on the 22nd of this month when i see them face to face

Robbie, I'm no doctor but that doesn't look like tubing. And that would be an odd place for it to be, in my experience anyway.
To my knowledge only the implant cylinders run along the shaft, on each side within the corpus cavernosum, not centrally on the top.
A bit of research suggested it could be the "superficial dorsal vein" that runs along the top of the penis.
It said that enlargement can sometimes be caused by clotting post implant and is often a benign condition, but should be checked out by your doc asap.
I note that you're already in touch with them about it, and hopefully the swelling will subside on its own. Pls let us know how you get on.

Yeah that picture makes no sense at all in the context of a penile implant. It’s something to do with with his anatomy.

Its really hard to say! It feels like artificial tubing and as LGX said it doesnt make sense and i look up super ficial dorsal vein abd that seems like the answer

If that’s the actual cylinder you might have a problem! Definitely would go see the Dr sooner than later!

I'm not sure if I should go infrapubic or penoscrotal.

With infrapubic can you feel tubing at the base of your penis in your fat pad?

Does it reduce your penetrative depth, like, if you push down on the fat pad at the base can you feel lots of tubing, technically reducing your penetrative depth?
