What would the 18x2 translate into real life once able to cycle? I was 6.5 inches with VED.
Just seeing if anyone knows what my possible usable size will be.

Boatdrinks, the VED pulls a lot of blood into the penis and makes it longer and plumper. For me, I could get right at 6 3/4 inches with the VED, but after healing and cycling my implant for 6 months, I could get 6.25 inches.
It’s plenty enough for my wifey.
I cycled aggressively for a year, and I still pump it to the max when I take my shower.
You’ll be fine, when you start using your Bionic Weapon!

When you get to unwrap the new Bionic Weapon, don’t be frightened, it will be bruised and you’ll see two snake eyes on the head of your dick. That’s where they put the needles through to pull the implants inside your dick. It won’t be long before those heal up.
