Did anybody get rigicon infa pulse? Any informations will be hopeful

I’m scheduled to receive the Pulse soon. My surgeon, who enrolled patients in its clinical trials, regards it favorably. It’s a DIPP according to him, a higher class than a traditional IPP. I’d appreciate any perspectives on the differences relative to a standard IPP.

The answer to the OP is “what do you want from the implant?” They all do different things slightly getter or worse.

Do you want the hardest erection, or have a plus sized dick? Titan.

Do you want the most natural flaccid look? CX or LGX.

Do you have a small dick and want maximum length? LGX.

Want good at everything, all around? CX

Rigicon is in that mix too, but I don’t have enough data on those. There is no “best” just like there’s no “best car”. There might be best for your needs, but that subjective.

They are all good, they all have their weaknesses.

I have checked out the Rigicon Infla in my own hands. Didn't like the front and the rear tips. Didn't like the reservoir. The reservoir can only be placed SOR. The pump is good but seemed too slow in pumping. Liked the cylinder material. DIPP is another marketing label for both length and girth expansion like the LGX I believe. Just my personal observations.

SOR means Space of Retzius, the area in front of your pelvis alongside the bladder on either side (reservoirs are usually placed on the right, since most bowel surgery goes in through the left).

The other possible placement is sub-muscular in the abdomen. When I asked Hakky about that placement he scoffed it off. He said it often creates a visible bulge, and if you have strong abdominal muscles you can have issues with implant auto-inflation.

I don’t see SOR placement as a negative against Rigicon. As Hakky said “That’s where they are all designed to go and that’s where they should go.” Now that could be different if you have scarring from previous surgery, combat wounds, etc. in that area.

hmm as far as i know all reservoirs are designed to go either on the left or the right. If you place them sub muscular like you said it can be visible. For what i read sub muscular is only advisable for people who are overweight.

Some surgeons prefer HSM (High Sub-Muscular) placement generally, there are papers on it if you look around.

The advantages are it avoids any interference with structures in the SOR…large blood vessels, nerve bundles, the bladder, etc. There’s very little to damage under abdominal muscles, and if placed correctly it’s well hidden. It does create longer tubing paths, which could be an additional point of failure.

I’m not advocating for HSM placement, just saying that SOR is the most common placement, but not the only option.

The front of the implant starts tapering way too early and the front tip is still too pointy. The proximal solid end has a stub on it which looks unnatural unless a RTE is always used. I don't know but besides the CX and the Titan I just didn't like the build quality. But then again I'm looking at it through my own lens so my opinion is highly subjective.

Still nobody has explained what DIPP means. Sounds like marketing BS like "length expansion" until proven otherwise.

Ah...I just let Grok explain it to me. It's basically the same as an LGX, offering length and girth expansion. They claim up to 25% length expansion...I can't imagine they can do that and keep strong axial rigidity. Also you can't make a 6" penis 7.5" (+25%), the tissues won't support it.

So what you have here is an implant where the surgeon has to guess how much expansion the implant will undergo, and size based on that. The only real benefit I see here is a shorter, more natural flaccid length/look. Possibly also some tiny decrease in erosion risk, but that's pretty rare in IPPs to begin with.
