I finally did it, I was implanted on two days ago and came home yesterday.

I'm in quite some pain and in bed using frozen peas and just watching shitloads of movies and playing video games.

I got the LGX model 18cm with 2cm rte. There was a note on there saying they attempted 3cm rte but didn't fit. So I'm hoping I've definitely got the biggest size for me considering I was a little over 5 inches length. Never got to see it in an erect state as I'm abit of a wuss and was freaked out by the swelling and tubing. I liked the girth but I'd imagine that's not staying for long lol.

Right now I'm flaccid and swelling has gone down slightly, it's day three but hopefully the pain will go down considerably soon.

I still haven't managed to have a poo yet, I'm on laxatives and prune so hopefully soon, This is really the longest I've ever gone without taking a dump and feel gassy as hell.

Hope I'm not putting anyone off , this is expected and the first few weeks isn't an easy ride.

Sorry If this isn't helping anyone, I just wanted express to people other than the other half. I can't imagine telling my friends about it soon.

Much appreciated guys, you guy's are the best.
After eating a pack of prunes, couple of Senna tablets and prescribed stool softener. I managed to get have a poo. Yaaay.

I had a super long shower today and just didn't want to get out. Cannot wait to have a bath eventually. Was moving a lot today which is good, but still need the painkillers.

Thanks mate,
Had the surgery at UCLH in London.

Short answer is 6 years.
Endocrinologist and Urology about 4 years. Trying all types of stuff.
Then from referral from Urology to UCLH July 2024 - Oct 25

Longer answer

After 4 years of pills, injections,CBT, TRT, I was referred last year July from Urology to UCLH, after a long wait, I chased it up in Feb this year. They gave me an overnight sleep study for a rigiscan device, they put a device on your penis and it measures how many erections you've had overnight and how hard they were.

I then had a followup appointment in Jun, the consultant told me that I had quite a few erections while I was sleeping, but I didn't get very hard and lost them super quick which would be a sign of venous leak

He said, either stay how it is or have an implant which I jumped at.

Later had a consultation in July with a nurse. She showed me the penile implant and answered any questions I had then had the surgery 4 days ago.

Hope this helps. How long have you been waiting for?

My last consultation was end of July and operation was 4 days ago. They told me wait time is usually 6 months but it was quite quick.

Congrats on getting implanted brownie30! Yes, the healing the first few days/weeks are toughest. Pain pills cause the constipation, my doc always told me one pain pill, one stool softener. They should have been giving you laxatives in the hospital. And they kept you two nights in? Dang, my implant was out-patient. I was back home just a few hours after surgery.

Welcome man. A few weeks out & I was pretty much back to normal activity levels, just avoiding lower body weights or straining. Cycling took a good month & was sore for 2 days after the 4 week checkup cycle the doctor did. But 2 days after that I was able to cycle each day & get used to not slipping the pump around.
Now 15 months out & times flying as usual & no complaints. Wishing you good luck & keep us posted

Two nights indeed, I was in quite abit of pain, I struggled to walk to the toilet the next day. I probably would have passed out if they had sent me home right after the surgery.

Btw how old are you & stuff if you don't mind me asking? You can also fill out a signature that will prevent some questions from being asked repeatedly. Hope you're having a good one & on the mend!

No worries, just completed it. I'm 43yo, I was abit over 5 inches pre implant.
I've managed to measure myself now in flaccid state it's 4 inches.
I'm hoping LGX will stretch out abit more when inflated.

Did you have any luck at all with the pills and injections?. I'm asking because I'm the same age and really thinking about getting an implant next year
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped
