Thanks Rodsman and everyone else. Had my consult. Didn't go exactly as planned. Long story short. I'm not a candidate for an implant. My cock ring would be more effective than an implant let's just say for anatomical reasons.

Don't accept this. Find another surgeon and have another consult. One surgeon's opinion isn't binding.

Clavell has a lot of experience with difficult and unusual cases.

If Dr Eid is telling you this, he must have good reasons. But, it never hurts to get second opinions. Good luck to you!

We want the long story. More details would be helpful. Whatever the situation other guys probably went through t before or will go through it in the future.

Why did Dr Eid say you weren’t a candidate?

Thanks for the input, fellas. Long story short — Eid took one look at the tape measure and basically said, “nope, the hardware isn’t built for that.” His words were a little more polite, but the message was clear: I’m outside the limits of what the cylinders can cover. He wasn’t going to stick something in that wouldn’t perform all the way, and honestly, I’d rather have him tell me that straight up than sugar-coat it.

I was on the fence about surgery anyway, so this just sealed it — I’ll keep rocking the cock ring. It’s not high-tech, it doesn’t come with a pump bulb, but it gets the job done and never needs warranty service.

I know some of you said grab a second opinion with Clavell or whoever, and I respect that. Eid gave it to me straight, and I’d rather walk away with a working setup than gamble on an implant that can’t keep up.

That’s the long story, short version. Not exactly the problem I thought I’d ever have, but here we are.

What was the measurement? Are you saying your penis is too large girth or too long or too short?

GoodWood, I'm trying to be modest here. Lol, To be honest, I am an outlier in both directions - longer length and larger girth. Although, Dr Eid's main concern was primarily the girth and me not being able to have a firm enough erection due to my girth and the max diameter of the cylinders. I'm apparently too big. So for now the cock ring it is. My concern is what happens if it fails - scary thought. Praying that it continues to do the job until some new developments are made.

I am somewhere between 6 and 6.5” (mid shaft) with zero edema and I would not be surprised at similar pushback but Clavell doesn’t seem to gave any concerns and (frankly) I need it bad enough that I will take whatever downsides come with it. Even if the Titan can’t fill me out, it means functional sex again and there is always time to go for a revision when they eventually produce larger models. The Rigicon at least should be available by the time I am desperate to gain back some of that girth.

I’m 8 x 6-1/2 at the smallest and 7-1/2 girth at the base, and an AMS 700CX 23cm+1 extension is working great. I met a guy this weekend with a legitimately 12” cock and terrible ED, but I don’t know of a solution for him.

Some guy on here had a dick down to his knees and he got an implant.
