Re: New pumping and deflating instructional video
Hi rodsmen, it goes without saying that your dick is amazing, but your angle is even more amazing. Do you use a pump that causes the angle to rise, or is it your natural angle that rises? Or was it your surgeon's skill that caused that angle to stick out?
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Thanks, Frank. I don’t use a pump before any videos, unless it is specifically regarding the use of a dick pump. (I’m thinking ahead about videos that I need to post.) That was my angle before surgery. My surgeon was skilled, and retain it. As time as gone on, my natural morning wood, even when I go to sleep fully deflated, has gotten better and better. It has been quite noticeable of late, which is 21 months post-surgery.
Best regards,
Kevin

That thing is a monster, I don't know how you keep it packed away haha
Did I read your signature correctly, did you gain half an inch in length?
Shane
Aussie Guy,
I don’t want to mislead anyone. Since you can’t do any long-term damage to your dick using a pump if you are going to get, or have gotten an implant, I was extremely aggressive both before and after surgery with an external dick pump. I am confident that was the reason for the increase, which was compared to before I went on the pre-surgery pumping regimen. I lost a lot of length initially after surgery, but got that and more back, as compared to a few months before surgery.

Thanks for the reply, rodsmen. Every time the translator changes the question, I meant to say, do you inflate it in a particular way to get that high angle out?

Due to a lot of demand, and the fact that I promised I would do it too-long ago, I have finally done a simple pumping and deflating video. Feel free to share the link as you please. AFAIK, Dropbox doesn't have a sharing limit.
Here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/wjtgf53e ... qpq20&dl=0
For those of you who are interested, I will have new "in-use" gay videos up next weekend. They are the best so far. Links at BionicRod.com with previews at the Nazi's site eX-Twitter @realBionicRod

Thanks, Kev!
By the way, that’s probably the best result I’ve seen so far. This makes me jealous—wish I would’ve received the CX like I probably should’ve at 23cm. I can’t stand the LGX.
Thank you, FukckedOne. What do you dislike about your LGX? I have seen bad stories before, and I am always concerned when someone who I got started on this path has a surgeon recommend an LGX. Thank youf or any insights.
Best regards,
Kevin
Yes, I would personally NOT recommend the LGX for penises 21cm and above. I wasn’t super girthy to begin with and with the LGX I lost some girth as it expanded outward. It also has a very unstable feeling at the base, which is a common problem for the LGX. In fact, in my conversation with Hakky, he was even so bold as to refer to the LGX as “trash,” and recommended I swap to a CX.
I will probably take his advice and swap sometime early in the new year. This time, I’ll go with Hakky as he is specifically a “cosmetic urologist,” and I have cosmetic complaints with my current result as well—such as a bulge at the bottom lower left due to the placement of a larger RTE on that side; and a really unnatural downward tilt (it sort of extends outward and then suddenly, drastically tilts down). I’ll probably also request “auxetic cuts” for even more added girth.
However, I didn’t lose any length, so there’s that. I am scared that this might happen with the switch to the CX, but you don’t seem to have lost anything, so that’s encouraging.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

@Rodsmen
First off, very impressive video—and even more impressive outcome with the surgery. Well done!

If you don't mind me asking, Rodsmen:
What did your pre-surgery external pumping routine look like?
Was it a daily routine? How long were your sessions? Did you use daily Cialis or anything similar to promote blood flow?
I've had consultations with urologists who are ready to move forward with an implant, but I definitely want to put my best foot forward when it comes to getting optimal results.
Thankyou

It is what it is; but, yeah, two biggest complaints about the LGX: loss of girth and infirm base.
“Auxetic cuts”? Similar to TEP (Tunical Expansion Procedure) but supposedly better. If you do a search of this board, there’s a discussion about it—someone here has already had the procedure done.
My only concern about revision is the potential for length loss, but I’m hoping the use of a VED combined with the surgeon’s skill will negate this. Yes, I’ve also heard that revision surgery is nowhere near as bad as the initial.
Would you happen to know if it’s safe to use a VED with the implant?

I got curious about that also and found this PubMed article interesting.

My surgeon has allowed me to use a VED both before and after getting an implant. It was a few weeks after surgery when he allowed me to use one, and it was without limitations. I have no certain way of knowing, but I accredit the VED use to my getting back all that I lost, plus a little more (over an inch of length).
