The implant has been a game changer and the best thing I've done to myself. Trust your surgeon. My old wife loves it and we are teenagers again after hormone replacement therapy. We make pornstars blush. 1 year and going strong. I wish I had done this 10 years ago.

I'm 43 and also have been having issues since my late 20's, I don't have PE though. Have you tried taking a really low dose antidepressant for the PE?, my doctor said it's commonly prescribed to guys that have PE. I take antidepressants for actual depression and one of the annoying side effects is that it can be really hard to finish.
With the ED stuff, I'm personally in no man's land at the moment. I'm still getting mixed inconsistent results with pills. My urologist wants me to keep at them as long as possible, i have mixed feelings about that.
Tried them all, anti depressants, priligy. May have gotten a few extra seconds but the side effects weren't helping at all. Would need at least 10 hrs sleep and get really tired, the excessive yawning just would never stop.
It sucks that you didn't have any luck with the injection

I've been on sites like reddit and many would try to talk me out of it which I don't understand why they want to.
I've suffered from lifelong premature ejaculation and ED,,,
I'm sorry, I can't answer any questions about implants as I do not have one. I wanted to ask whether you ever tried a vacuum erection pump, specifically the "medical" type that allows for a constriction ring to be applied which maintains the erection created by the pump. It is not exactly a method that can be called spontaneous, but I have found this to work very well for what it is and of course not everybody's anatomy, ED and preferences are the same.
Good thread!
I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.
