I have a titan 24cm with 1.5 rtx on each side. My pumped,non aroused, girth is 6 3/4" . It not soft or unuseable. It's very firm and natural feeling. I had over 7 1/2" girth before the implant so a big factor is my own anatomy

How was your cycling routine? I’m 6 weeks post surgery with the Rigicon X and went from 7” girth to 6” (aroused but struggle to engorge).

I totally agree with your conclusion. Per my info block. 21CX, 6" girth. Which several members have all but called me a liar over. But even in the depths of ED I probably had a girth of maybe 5". Never really measured myself.
Your final girth is an increment above your natural flacid girth.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out again — I just had a couple more questions since I haven’t come across many guys in a similar situation.

1. Do you happen to know the diameter of the Titan XL? I haven’t been able to find that info anywhere.

2. Bit personal, so no pressure to answer — but do you feel most of your girth comes from the corpora cavernosa, or does the corpus spongiosum contribute much in your case?

3. Do you recall how much girth you gained once you started cycling, and during which period you noticed the most changes (e.g. 0–3 months, 3–6 months, or 6–12 months)?

For context, I’m just over 7 weeks out and sitting at about 6.1” when aroused. I was 7” pre-op, and I’m really hoping the Rigicon X (23 mm cylinders) will get me back there with time.

...So, don't expect that the manufacturers claimed size will mean that you automatically get that. Your tissues will dictate what size you can achieve in the short term.

In my case, I'm attempting to slowly, but aggressively, stretch the tissues using hard pumping, VED and the Exercise, but I expect that it can only be achieved over the long term by causing micro tears in the tissues.

So far, I'm not seeing any change.

My thinking is the same. I saw rapid gains once I started cycling but since then it has slowed to a glacial pace.
I'm hoping I can still squeeze a bit more out of it but realistically I'm pretty much back to pre RP size.
Keeping up with aggressive cycling anyway, just in case.

That's exactly true. Before my penile prosthesis surgery, my penis girth had less girth ( <12 cm) and rigidity even times which not occurence of ED. I'd implanted 8 year ago. I've AMS 700 CX implant. Girth now 12.5 cm approx. Rigidity of penis feels like 2 steel rods covered with boiled chicken skin. Sometimes i'm rubbing hardly my dick to my wife's pubic bone from inside of vagina without my hands. I feel that friction of bones. My wife hurting but also like this. That' amazing ...
