It’s way too early to worry about post op size/shape.


If you look through my journal post (the link is in my signature) you’ll see my preop pics, then my immediate post op pics, and pics at 2 and 3 months.

It changed a lot. My immediate post op pics were a MUCH thinner shaft. I’ve regained girth since then.


I also went into this process knowing that my post implant penis was going to be a little different than I was preop and pre-ED. I was told in advance I would lose some girth because my preop size was pretty thick. I also expected the shape might be a little different. But I’m totally OK with all of this because now I have a cock that WORKS.

So enjoy the journey. And enjoy being able to be as hard as you want, for as long as you want, whenever you want. It’s amazing.

Thanks, GoodWood. I guess my main concern is that I see most people only lose 0.5” - 1” coming out of surgery whereas I’ve lost 1.5” and I don’t have a length expanding model. It’s also hard to find anyone with a Coloplast Titan or AMS CX who has gained more than 1” in length through cycling.
