Taken during a 1 hour aggressive cycling session, so these will be my current "best" measurements.
Note that I have some multiplanar curving post op (dick bends right and up) which makes measuring awkward, so I've measured from different positions.
These are fully bone pressed using an accurate tape measure, so it's the absolute maximum I can get:
Erect length longest side = 193 mm (7.7 inches - realistically I'm not that big for practical purposes)
Erect length from above = 175 mm (6.8 inches)
Flaccid length from above 162 mm (6.4 inches)
Girth = 130 mm (5.2 inches)
Relaxed flaccid length (i.e. not bone pressed) = 132 mm (5.3 inches)
Those numbers suggest that I have exceeded my pre prostatectomy/ED size.

Re: current dimensions with implant
LGXDownunder, that's great news for someone like me that has a long way to go to get back to my pre-RP length. I go under Sept 24 and will get on aggressive cycling as soon as I'm cleared to. In the meantime I'm following the surgeon's suggestion to use my VED every other day and take Cialis daily. Congratulations on your results!
RP 2012, fought ED with viagra and cialis for years then switched to trimix for 3 years. Then scar tissue settled in. Now fighting atrophy with a VED and getting ready for an AMS700 in Sept.

Even I didn't know that's where they've been SWorks. Now I need to make sure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands

Re: current dimensions with implant
I did not have ED but got prostate cancer, so I had surgery to remove the prostate. After the prostate surgery, my penis was down to about 3 inches from about 6 inches. Now, after the surgery, I have ED, so I tried pills and injections, but nothing worked very well, so I had the implant put in about 4 months after the prostate surgery. Now I'm about 3 inches instead of about 6 inches. The Doctor would not tell me what size implant he used, so I finally got the nurse to tell me what it was. I went to 2 other doctors to get sized correctly, but they both said that if it inflates and deflates, they don't do revisions for implants that work. So I'm stuck with this small titan till it breaks.

If you’ve done injections you absolutely have the means of ensuring that you “need” a revision and soon!
Just one poke should do the trick.

Cscout10, can the tips of your IPP be felt in the head of your penis? That is a good indication of being sized correctly.

To be accurate and comparable to other honest measurements, a hard ruler, rather than a tape measure, must be used on top of your dick, pressed into your fat pad. The tape measure is for girth measurements only.

No, the tips are back about 2 inches from the head, or maybe a little less than that. The head turns to the side when trying to penetrate. I probably should have just kept trying the injections.

Scout10, read my theory again. Your description supports my belief. Not every dr know how to size correctly when fibrosis is encountered.
Back to my comment. You desperately need a better/more experienced surgeon. The pond that you're fishing in doesn't have any trophy fish in it apparently.
That or live your life forever short.
