40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Yeah, I don’t plan on smoking it. Cigarettes contain something like 566 added chemicals, plus tar. Definitely no good. As for ISOLATED nicotine in the form of patches, gum, lozenges, or pouches, it does seem to have a number of neurocognitive benefits. There are multiple published studies on Pubmed to confirm this. Incidentally, you consume nicotine almost everyday in certain fruits and vegetables.
