macoza, FWIW, regarding your question below, my experience has been similar to many others. I didn't lose libido, I experienced reduced sensitivity following the surgery. From what I've read, many believe it is caused by trauma to the nerves in general from the surgery, and can repair over time. Some have referred to it as the "brain-dick" connection. It's not numb -- it just didn't trigger the same sexual feeling post-op. The good news is that 5+ months post-op it has improved noticeably, and I hope continues to improve over the next 6 months. In the mean time, I've found that making the most of the sensations that are there is really helpful. For me, those include THC and PT-141. But anyone considering those needs to consult their PCP, urologist, and any other care provider they rely on for health.
