LGX failed at almost 8 years. Apparently the right cylinder leaked. Only have the titan 3 weeks today. So far so good. No length loss and girth appears bigger. No issue with dog ears or auto inflate. Flaccid is impressive too. No pain, swelling or bruising with revision surgery. Dr Eid is great. Followed all his direction. Very early on but thinking i prefer the Titan.

Bandit, thank you very much for your answer! I am glad that your revision went well and without complications. May I know what was your girth and length with the LGX and what steel with the Titan? Does the sound of the classic Titan pump bother you? Is it more comfortable in the scrotum? Less noticeable? They say that the AMS pump is more comfortable in terms of deflating. I still can't understand what, besides the initial girth, determines the presence or absence of dog ears. Does someone have them, someone doesn't? Does the Titan look less natural? Sorry for the bunch of questions. I have already studied dozens of tons of information and can't decide between the CX and the Titan. With the CX I'm afraid of losing the girth (6.2-6.3 inches) and I'm afraid of the disadvantages of the Titan with its loud pump, dog ears, possible breakage of the tubes (I choose only one-touch) and a less natural look

I sent you a PM. Hope it helps you !

After a year and a half, I have figured out how to sometimes get it into "deflation mode", but I have to press really hard and work at it, so I rarely bother. Plus, that first pump after deflation mode can sometimes require a very hard press. I haven't had a classic, so I can't give a direct comparison, but the "one touch" aspect of the One Touch doesn't seem like much of a benefit to me.

Do I understand correctly that you are saying that the One Touch technology does not fully work? Do you still have to hold the deflation button and thereby squeeze the cylinders? At the same time, you write that you found a way to deflate with one touch without holding. I recently looked at samples of Titan one-touch and AMS with an MS pump. I was unable to deflate the liquid from the cylinders into the reservoir with Titan with one touch. I had to hold this one-touch button with my fingers and simultaneously squeeze the cylinders. While with AMS, after pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds, the liquid itself flowed from the cylinders into the reservoir. I tried several times and each time it was the same. P.S. I can’t decide between CX and Titan one-touch. My length is 6.5, girth 6.2-6.3

It took me a year before I figured out how to trigger the "one touch". Even then, it was difficult and not reliable. The trick for me is to poke extra hard on the deflate button and then keep pressing hard while squeezing my cock. If I let up on the button while still squeezing out fluid, then sometimes it'll pop into deflate mode. Often it takes two or three tries, so I never bother. More trouble than it's worth.

A few times I've put it into deflate mode and not done the "two quick pumps" after that keep it from autofilling. I did that by accident once, and the next morning when I woke up, my cock was auto-inflated. I thought morning wood was kind of cool. The problem is, the pump bulb was very hard and stiff after that, so I had to press super hard to get it back into inflate mode. I've tried "morning wood" mode a few more times, just for fun, but for the most part, I just squeeze the whole time I'm deflating and then do the two quick pumps after to flip it back into inflate mode.

When I had my surgery, Clavell gently suggested the OTR, but stated that I could have the classic as well. I just went with the flow and took the OTR. At present, I think it's great. No opinion on reliability when compared to the Classic tho.

It's sounding like either pump is fine, but the OTR feature is mostly just marketing.

The only reason I am glad I took the OTR is that it's silent when inflating. However, I have read that the tubes aren't as strong as those on the classic, which (obviously) I'm not thrilled about.

I've had both. I like the classic/genesis much more than the OTR. Its easier to deflate and the OTR doesnt work correct 90% of the time. Both squeek when inflating the same. OTR feels slightly larger as well although I may be imagining that.
