It’s interesting that you received a 24 cm cylinder with 1 cm extenders and measured 6 inches in length. I was 6 inches in length and 7 inches in girth before surgery, and ended up with a 22 cm cylinder and 1 cm extenders.

This always intrigued me too until I realised that we all have different distal (external) and proximal (internal) measurements.
I'm just over 6 inches in length, not bone pressed, but have 21 cm cylinders with no extenders. Fully erect my cylinder tips are at least 3/4 into the glans.

p.s. 7 inches girth is massive brother . I'm sure the ladies would appreciate that .

AussieGuy81, I know you didn't direct that question to me, but I'll offer this. For me it was an adjustment to finish, and yet, be able to keep going. The first time that happened there was a huge disconnect between what my brain had become conditioned to, since forever, and what I was unexpectedly doing for the first time. It's great, and my wife is a big big fan ! It starts with the hormone dump, followed by really high physical sensitivity and I have to slow things down for a couple minutes, then the over-sensitivity fades away and I can pick up the pace, I keep focusing on making it good for her, and eventually I'm mentally/sexually back into it again. It's really next level stuff to be able to last until she finishes as many times as she can or wants to.

That sounds amazing man, were you a 'one and done' guy before the implant?

First of all I am very impressed and a little jealous about your 7 inches girth. From what I can gather the women are far more interested in girth than length. Well done!

I am purely guessing here. I reckon the body cavity part (where the other end of the cylinders go into must vary significantly between individuals. I am pretty sure that my measurements were correct. If anything my 6 inches was more likely to be similar to a Collingwood 6 footer ( they say they are 6 feet but in reality they were only 5 feet and 11 inches).

To be honest, not overly fussed (within reason) what length and girth I end up, it just had to be hard and stay hard.

Few responders mentioned about the importance of grabbing the pump and pulling it down in the scrotum. My question is this. When you grab and pull it down how hard do you do it?
Eg is it
a). Just enough pulling so that it is just maybe stretching things a little- no pain: or
b) Pull a little harder where you feel that if you did it any harder you might experience real pain: or
c) no pain, no gain.

Does anyone have a Rigicon inflatable implant and is willing to share their experience? I know it’s a small community so I’d appreciate any feedback.

I was implanted with a Rigicon Infla10X in mid-April by Dr Love and am very happy with the result.

My only regret is, despite being told to pull the pump down regularly, I neglected that for a short period and then found that it had migrated up to where the tubing disappears into me, and wouldn't budge when I pulled it down. My bad.

Since then, it has stopped being uncomfortable while walking, when the sharp corner of the pump rubbed against the scrotum at my left thigh, and I have learned to live with the awkward contortions I have to go through to reach the deflate button.

The other hopefully temporary niggle is the thickness of the infra-pubic scar, but it will eventually thin out and just become normal skin thickness. Because of that, I can't get a clear BPL because the ruler can't reach the bone yet. Sex is great again, apart from the scar getting between that delicious pubic bone-on-pubic bone feeling, but we'll get there.

I'm guessing that what you see as impressive girth is just swelling. When my swelling went down, it just left the thin skin, tunica and corpora wall to cover the hard cylinder. I'm still working on stretching the tunica albuginea to allow the claimed 23 mm diameter of each cylinder to be achieved. It's early days.

A dose of tadalafil helps get that engorged feeling, without which my dick just feels like a steel rod without any 'give'. The tadalafil also helps to inflate the glans which helps with sensation.

It's a novel feeling being able to go for orgasm first if I want to and then after a short pause, keep going until she comes a couple of times. No guilt after an 'accidental' orgasm any more.

I think that the guys who see the most recovery of size, length and/or girth, are those who have had ED for a longer time.

I'm not one of them.

My impression is that aggressive cycling stretches out the shrinkage caused by ED that was not countered by stretching or other erection inducing means.

In my case, my erections were slowly recovering after a radical prostatectomy, but I was expecting never to be able to get to where I was pre-op.

After 12 weeks, I have now recovered my original length and my girth is probably the same as before when encouraged with some tadalafil.

I'm hoping for some more expansion in the coming months, but we'll see.

When I saw Dr Love and went for the Rigicon I was not aware of the two different options. Afterwards I found out about the two models. Prior to my operation I asked him which one was I going to get and he said that he would decide which was best when I was in the theatre.

After he told me that I didn’t need extra length. (He was also aware that I wanted the most natural flaccid look which may have influenced his decision)

Your dick stats suggests you are on the big side of things. I
guessing he thought you didn’t need additional length. What I do know and have upmost confidence in that he would have chosen the ‘best fit’ option for you.

When you see him next. ask him why. Lastly, from reading other posts on this forum, ignore what you look like now. When you start cycling is when it will become a game changer for you.

When I asked Dr Love about that, he told me to check the model number on the sticker and look it up in the brochure, which I did and found that he'd given me the Infla10X. So perhaps you might find that what you got is not what you thought?

I have four stickers—one indicating a 1 cm RTE and another indicating a 0.5 cm RTE. Does this mean I received one of each size (1 × 1 cm and 1 × 0.5 cm), or are RTEs sold in pairs, meaning I received two of each (2 × 1 cm and 2 × 0.5 cm)?
