I get that tho. When I was pumping to cycle earlier on, my hand would cramp too. I would get into the 50s with partial pumps. It has softened up a bit tho.
I also tweaked my dominant forearm lifting weights a few months ago so started using both thumbs to compensate & have adopted that ever since. It's actually preferable for me now. Trying to only use my left hand right after the injury was a mess- pump slipping & banging around, hard to generate as much power, etc.

No kink at all! The masseuse was massaging the near the balls and she started grabbing my balls softly.
