Let everybody express how they feel about their implant in their own way. Dan is super happy with his result and having the time of his life, and he's sharing that joy with the board.
If you don't like it, don't read it. Dan having links in his posts isn't exactly a burden on you, just don't click the links! And I bet if you look around there is a way on the board to block or mute a user's posts entirely, so that your delicate sensibilities won't be harmed.
Let people be happy and stop trying to shame or police them out of it.
