What am I waiting for and why I don't want an implant despite a venous leak??? I can tell you 1. Risks, it could go wrong. 2. The penis will get a bit smaller. 3. Again, this is simply not my experience. My penis doesn't feel bulky, it looks no different from my natural erect penis. Today, my penis is the same length and girth as it was pre-surgery, when fully erect. Nearly seven months in, I barely think about the implant. I'm not constantly aware of its presence inside my body.

Also: I don't know that I've ever been aware of the sensation of blood flow in my pelvis. Are you sure you meant pelvis? Are you aware of the sensation of blood flow in your forearm, or your calf muscles? That's akin to the pelvis comment, to me. Unless I'm somehow alone in this.

Mark, when was the last time you had your hormones checked, test, free T, and bioavailable? I had a normal test, but free and bio were in the toilet giving me hypogonadal-like symptoms. Fixing these made a huge difference in sexual response.
