there will always be fluid left in part of implant that is in the body posterior to the penis. This is ~1/3 or more of total implant volume. After a little bit, this will fill intra penile portion of your implant.

Correction: ”typically ~1/3 of the implant is internal” however, 2” of it solid and RTEs increase that. In my case, literally none of the fluid is actually internal. It can be an issue but it is not significant. The more realistic issue is failure to actually squeeze completely flat, which probably makes the most sense for a narrower penis where the implant is bigger than the space and has to wrinkle a lot.

Personally, with the Touch pump and new reservoir (which has its own lockout valve), I should have zero auto inflation, but some mornings I swear it is more filled than I left it, which makes me suspect that the valve doesn’t always reset completely just because I feel the “rumble.” Perhaps what others have said about putting a couple pumps back in is actually necessary.

I have this issue as well. I can deflate to the point of feeling the cylinders roll around and compress, which seems “fully deflated” to me. Within 15-30min I will have more fullness, enough to round out the cylinders and feel like a mild semi-erection. It’s not unpleasant in this state, but since I have a 28cm Titan it’s definitely something that’s visible if anyone cares to look.

I usually wear loose clothing and it’s not a big deal, but when I’m wearing shorts to work out I have to be strategic about how things are positioned. It is an adjustment from my natural penis, but I think it’s a good trade off for the advantages the implant gives. It would be nice for it to stay it whatever state of deflation I se for it, though.
