I didn't want my wife to know the details of the surgery, so she stayed in the waiting are during the discussions.
I thought of this guy and his wife and Dr Kramer from some years ago.

I told him his wife was a beautiful woman and that he got the best of the deal.

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

I think there's a lot of shame and stigma with implant. But if you want to get the most satisfaction with the implant and you have stable partner, no brainer to include them in the discussion.

My partner was very helpful in asking questions and selecting the right surgeon.
65 with ED for >10 years. Failed pills, not happy with injections. Implanted 6/24/24 (AMS CX 21 cm) with Dr Darshan Patel at UCSD.
