Don't get an implant.

Personally I'm now thinking it's much better to give up sex and keep your natural anatomy and be free. I think a lot of cheerleaders on here are in denial about what a horrible situation we have gotten ourselves into.

I’m sorry that you’ve had some challenges but as a cheerleader for implants, my denial was wishing and hoping Cialis abd Tri mix were going to magically start working over the past several years. My implant has been absolutely amazing and I’m making love again like I’m 25 years old.

Fuckkkkkkkkk I can’t even get semi hard on cialis anymore when Ed hit 18 cialis worked well for about 2 minutes and went down now it doesn’t even work even with stimulation I’ve got insurance sorted out in about a year I can get my implant that’s the waiting period but I’m afraid I’m gonna lose more size I’ve already went down from 7 inches to 4 I’m staying positive let’s see how we go

Go see a doctor, when pills stopped working for me I went to injections and they worked great, I got the implants because I was going to divorce and did not want to deal with the logistics of the Injections otherwise I would have stayed longer with them.

do you have a urologist who specializes in ED? If not, get one.

If Cialis no longer works, it highly likely you have a venous leak. Next step might be Tri mix injections, and if that works great, if not, it’s even more likely you have a venous leak that nothing other than an implant will fix.

For the time being until you get an implant, use a vacuum erection device regularly to continue to give your penis erections. If you don’t routinely get erections, your penis will atrophy and you will lose size.

I’m 3 months post surgery and I have two thoughts:

I should have got it done several years ago when my Cialis and injections started to not work!

It is the best thing I have ever done! I have my confidence and peace of mind back, and I’ve realized the sensations associated with sex are 10x more powerful when you have a nice hard erection and your partner is moaning in pleasure.
