That doesnt sound nice at all, so sorry to hear that.

That you cant even sit comfortably thats an issue ofc. Not one you read of a lot here. Have you thought about malleable Wolf? Or is it not an option for you at this point?

I have had 2 implants now, Titan first AMS second. Total of 6+ yrs implanted now, my first implant I had the same issue and to be honest I still do, but not nearly like I used to. I take nitric oxide supplements and it seems to be working on my glans with very good blood flow, give it a shot before you exercise, it has worked for others I have read here on Franktalk.

I don't think a malleable would be better, probably worse honestly. I have considered getting on TRT to increase blood flow to the penis and kinda add cushioning which I think could help

I remember doing 5-10min heatwraps in really hot water before that damned jelqing, used to increase bloodflow to the tissues alot, all day long. Maybe something to try. But yea increase in testosterone surely helps a lot. Its a bit early to start but honestly in your situation i would too. We’re gonna get on it at some point anyway.

I sincerely hope you get a better situation Wolf

wilsonmill, I take L-Arginine (8000mg) and L-Citrulline (4000mg) daily. However, I also use mouthwash so I'm already starting out in the hole with nitric oxide. What do you take ?

Is the surgeon to blame on this, or is it just a coincidence? Does it happen ver often?

What do you mean by numbness? What is the normal state? I have already forgotten but it's less sensitive than before op.

Have you had your hormones checked, wolfpacker? That could be the cause of all your issues.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Yeah, my T is pretty average at around 550. Want to get on TRT to bring it up higher but it's tough doing that in the military
