Main aims generally to the right, which is what it did pre-op. When I completely drain it, I do get a sort of flat "ribbon-like" effect, but it's vertically oriented and not horizontal. So it naturally goes to the left or right more easily than up or down. I don't usually drain to fully flat, unless I'm out in a bathing suit, but even so, it still likes to point right.

JohnDoe, not sure how to stow it without bending the cylinders. Mine's down, and to the right in tighter pants. It's normally 25-35% inflated which is a natural feel, very flaccid, and no noticeable pressure on the remaining tissue.

I put mine in the overhead compartment because it won’t fit under the seat in front of me.
66 years old. Long term progressive ED. Pills and injections no longer the solution.
