So you haven't tried the injection route yet? Do so ... Trimix works wonders for many. It takes some work to find your right mix and dose, and of course the first couple of times stabbing your penis with a thin needle! :o

...but it does work. Just not forever....

When you get tired of that, strongly consider the AMS implant. Next week will be a year from my surgery, and all is very well. I love having a bionic penis. I, too, wish I had done it sooner. However, Medicare paid for it all, so I waiting to 65 was what I did.

Get yourself a good uro. Doesn't have to be the high-volume guys you hear about on here. Find one local; your PCP should be able to refer you to a good one, but check their ratings out online. Be frank and totally upfront and honest with him or her on what you are doing and where you want to go.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
