Floppy head is when the head is well..floppy. It doesn't fill with blood therefore it remains soft. It's common when being implanted. Plenty of info on the net about it. Trigel works but it's expensive and can be painful.
If you mean floppy glans, this usually happens when your implant is short and does not reach the glans. And no matter how much engorgement you have, it will always be floppy. I know this first hand because i had it myself and had revision surgery for it.
Sounds like what you had was "cold glans", which is lack of engorgement.
how far into your glans do the tips of your implant reach?
