See above link to Streamable. And do you know that for sure Titan has a 6" girth limit? I don't believe I've heard that.

So, hearing the streamable it kind of confirms my suspicion that you are limited by the maximal girth of the cylinders.
I'm not sure what the max girth of the 28XL cylinders are, but dr Eid says in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mr3pE7KORq0) that you can get a max of 17cm which I would be perfectly happy with tbh.

The only reason that a TEP would make sense if there is scarring and it's not allowing full expansion of the cylinders.

2435tjklAS I don't know if I understood correctly, 2435tjklAS n these translators often translate differently, did I understand correctly that you thought you had a cx and instead you had an lgx? And that the cx gives a greater circumference than the lgx?

Ah, yeah the translation is a bit off. I never thought I had the CX. I didn't pick my device the first time around. When my urologist introduced these to me and gave me the AMS 700 LGX I didn't even know there were other kinds.

I am happy with the choice. If he'd chosen a CX I would've maintained girth (note: I didn't lose it and it's now gone forever. I think I can get it all back). But I don't think I'd have gained length. And to be perfectly honest I didn't really use my dick very often in the manner in which it is accustomed (to translate that: I didn't fuck many people with it). This time around I have different priorities and I think this should work well.

So based on your research wuold you say that the CX is adeguate for maintain pre-implant girths from 5.5 to 6 inches?
Or is there a risk of losing something?

It's based on me talking to Gt1956 here on FrankTalk. Ask him about CX stuff. But I learned from him that yes he maintained 6" girth and others also do. If you're at risk of losing anything it depends on where you are now. No clue about last question.

Your maximum length and girth are restricted by the maximum stretch of the tunica. So (making numbers up here) if you had 7" girth pre-ED and a 6.5" girth pre-surgery and your Coloplast implant could expand to 7", then your maximum girth after surgery would be..... 6.5". But remember that Coloplast says their implant can expand girth. How can both things be true?

That's why cycling and doing Perito exercises after surgery are so important. This is when through repeated stretching by the Coloplast implant the tunica may increase its maximum diameter - and 1 year post-op you might be more than 6.5" in girth. Plenty of Franktalkers have apparently had some success regaining length and girth during the first year after surgery.

Check Dr. Eid's video that I posted. The girth is determined by a combination of the type/size of implant AND the tunica. If your natural girth (and you have no scarring) is under a certain size and get Titan cylinders, you will gain girth. However, if your natural girth is over a certain limit (17cm per Eid) you will lose girth.

Right, Hakky does say that unless the cylinders are contracted doing a TEP won't do anything and do he would recommend filler instead. If the cylinders are fully expanded the TEP technique won't do anything is what he said.
