Circumcised as a baby, kind of wish I wasn’t. There are studies showing circumcised have reduced sexual satisfaction and sensation compared with the uncut.

I think an uncut penis looks a little sleeker and better, but I’d rather have everything as designed…you can always make a decision yourself later if it really bothers you. I think doing it to infants is a form of genital mutilation, even if well-meant.

Circumcision is recommended if your surgeon is planing to use subcoronal incision approach. Otherwise, less is always more for surgeries.

"If the patient is uncircumcised it would be prudent during the circumferential subglandular incision to excise the redundant foreskin. If this tissue is left intact and the foreskin folds over the glans penis during healing, maceration of the suture line may occur. If the foreskin is retracted during the first few postoperative days, lymphedema may develop. In either case the patient requires return to the operating room within a week for circumcision."
40, lifelong ED. Pills effective for a few months at 30. Skipped injections. 1/25 Coloplast Genesis 22-13. Subcoronal incision. Post-op chronic lymphedema (controlled) + delayed ejaculation. Grateful to be bionic as life is way better than ED.

Elbow, I agree with you 100%.
I was cut at birth too. Wish I wasn't.
When my son was born My mom said he needed to be cut so that he would look like me.
I don't ever remember seeing my Dad nude, but I just found out recently that he was uncut.
MOM WTF
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

I was also circumcised at birth, like probably 99% of Aussie males of my generation.
For me personally, I actually like it that way. But when we had our two sons we left them uncut.
My wife's gynecologist refused to do any circumcisions whatsoever.
He believed that the procedure was barbaric and medically unnecessary.
For those with strong religious or cultural reasons for circumcision he referred them to a colleague who would do it.
We weren't in that category, so left our boys intact and felt that they could then make their own choice later on.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.
