Thank you Rasputin for the photo, but it is in the flaccid state.
I can bend my penis in any way when flaccid, the problem arises when inflated/aroused. There is a place where there is sharp change of direction of the penis.

1995, VL since 18, pills dont work, injections sometimes provide good 20 minute erection which hurts

This is obvious, but did you contact the doctor who did the surgery?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

The curve is getting better with time. If there is blood flow to the penis head then I am able to pump the implant more and it straightens more. I am doing also some remodelling, simply bending the penis in different directions to straighten it.
The implant tips still hurt though and I am afraid about the penis head ability to engorge, it does a little but not as before. I am hopeful that it will get better.
