I can not use the VED because of that block of tubing we are talking about. tried every sleeve and ring an silicone attachement and what not, also shaving, lube everything, but i am not able to create a seal, because of that hard structure there

i dont know. i have read some reports about tubing problems, but its allways at the shaft/base of penis, not top of the scrotum. except one guy i read about and he needed revision

just checking on you. Did you get your second opinion from Dr Leiber? Did you recover your size? Did the mechanical problems you had get resolved? (feeling tubing at the base and auto deflation). Did you end up getting a revision or are you doing well now?
